We’re looking for some players for our upcoming Grainger Wind Symphony concert, and would greatly appreciate it if you could forward this to any interested clarinetists!
We’re in need of an Eb clarinet, a Bass clarinet and a Bb Contrabass clarinet. We’ll be playing Catfish Row by Gershwin.
The details for the concert are as follows:
Date: Saturday 4th June
Time: 7.30pm
Venue: MLC auditorium
Rehearsals: May 4, 11, 18, 25 and June 1 at Blackburn High, 8pm starts.
Grainger Wind Symphony would also suit tertiary students/performers with a high sight-reading and performance ability, and for anyone who is keen to play some quality music in an enjoyable community band atmosphere. As you can see, rehearsals start this Wednesday night, so please contact us immediately if you are interested, so we can get you down hopefully for all the rehearsals!
